RentMen:
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
johnnybandera:
I absolutely love to travel. I enjoy being a homebody too, but it is all about balance. Take me on a trip! I'm eager to go to so many places in the world, like Egypt to see the pyramids, Africa for the wildlife, Mexico for the beaches, and any other places in the world such as Japan for the culture shock. I promise to be the best travel buddy!
RentMen:
What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?
johnnybandera:
I am very active. I love to go long boarding, do yoga, and I am also a contortionist so I am always, always training and stretching (comes in handy too, haha). As far as diet, I am a vegetarian, basically vegan. I don't eat animals as I believe in the practice of Ahimsa, which is a branch of yoga where one lives with the intention of causing no harm. I eat, a lot! So be prepared to see what seems like an eating contest, lol. I love food! I love to move!
RentMen:
If we sat on the beach and drank wine and ate great food just you and I, what would you tell me about yourself and your life?
johnnybandera:
I would first tell you my hopes and dreams for the future of the world and our civilization. I have a burning passion to change the world and inspire people to grow and break free from their shells. I would also talk about the intense trauma and pain I have been through in my life which is the driving factor in my life. When I look you in the eyes, I want to see you--all of you--and that is far more valuable to me. I would also tell you all the things I like about you and take the time to lift you up. If I hear you put yourself down, I'll kiss you on the lips and tell you to not talk about yourself like that as you are far greater. The world is beautiful and there is so much to explore so let's travel, go skydiving, swimming with sharks; let's be daring and carefree as if we were to die in that moment, we would be in absolute peace.
RentMen:
What are your lifestyle specifics that makes who you are?
johnnybandera:
My lifestyle is one of self-love. I love habit and routine, as I have mine. I wake up every day and burn some sage, incense, and say some small prayer for the world. I always take time to be thankful for 3 small things such as my vision, or ability to taste or even being able to live in such a place where I can freely be myself. There are people who have it way worse and who are murdered or killed or even redistricted from being who they are. We are free and that it something to be thankful for at all times. My lifestyle is one of health, gratitude, hope and compassion.
