A: Read, cook, gym, watch tv, go cinema or theatre, meet with friends, parks. nights out.

A: My attittude and personality and my physical appearance too.
Q: What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?
A: I eat very well, I am on a gluten and dairy free diet and I got to the gym between 3 to 5 times per week. I train very hard, more pain more gains.
