A: Healthy and happy food always! I lived many years in Brazil, id say my diet is pretty brazilian... meaning love grains, beans, fresh veggies, white meat, raw fish... I respect my body, and its my temple... only amazing food gets in this body! so work out (3 days a week is enough), sleep 8 hrs a day, eat when your body asks for it, and stay happy.
