A: Reading, working out, cooking....recently learned how to make sushi, bowling, playing chess, doing physics problems, researching, helping people with school (for free), watching sci-fi, poker, following politics, driving fast, etc.
A: I love to travel!! When I was in the Navy I traveled a lot. I have visited 14 countries and greatly enjoy experiencing new cultures. Not all sailors are as enthused about culture...ie-while most sailors are getting drunk in the nearest watering hole in Italy, my friends and I were staring up at the Sistine Chapel in the Vatican with sheer amazement.
A: I love to run....or so I have been trying to convince myself since middle school lol. Naturally I have a sprinter/powerlifter body but I strive to match endurance with strength. I run between 15 and 21 miles a week. Usually just 2-3 times at 7 miles a run. Sometimes while running I have to pinch my nipples so the pain takes my mind off the run. I am sure that sounds a little weird but it is effective. I enjoy lifting a great deal and for a long time powerlifted in the Navy but recently I have been doing more cross-fit.
Diet- easy, avoid high fat foods and junk.
A: Well, due to school I am mostly busy studying but when I am not doing that I love to play chess. Recently I have picked up playing poker and have been called a natural but I still have "noob" status. Of course working out has been a lifelong passion. I literally need to workout on a regular basis to feel normal.
A: Making someone happy. One of my latest clients said, "man, that was so much better than I thought it would be". It feels really good to know that I can make someone happy.
