What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?
JamesReams:
If everyone Who had a gym membership went to the gym there would never be any room in any gym in the world. You must find a workout that you can perform for the rest of your life. It should be incorporated into your Lifestyle. Something you can do for the rest of your life. Lifting weights is not even practical for our everyday lives. It does not produce the type of muscle or muscle endurance that we need for work , play or survival. It is not the same type of quality high endurance muscle that comes with push ups sit ups and the most hated of all running. Ask a weight lifter to do 10 real pushups you will see what I mean . now place that same man in an every day survival situation like saving themselves or loved ones by pulling them up or carrying them away from harm to physical combat with a person who means to do them harm and the weights do them no good. A fit in shape guy who does the basics hell you can do push ups and sit ups everyday and never over train However you don't have to run everyday. I don't have to tell you about the feeling you get when you run, you simply feel fit I hold a B.S.in Sports and Fitness Management and I am a ISSA certified trainer.

What would you like your readers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?
JamesReams:
I am a amateur historian, avid reader and a fisherman. There is nothing like being on a boat in the sea of Cortez drinking Bohemia and catching sea bass.

JamesReams:
That will not be going down until I get to know you. have a few conversations and meet a few times. friendship is something that must be earned just like trust.
