RentMen:
If we sat on the beach and drank wine and ate great food just you and I, what would you tell me about yourself and your life?
IanShaw:
I probably wouldn’t talk about myself much at all!
I Would most likely ask you questions about your history. Where you were born, the type of family life you had. Did you endup like them or are you a 180⁰ To. Ensure that you were never going to be trapped as that person! When did you experience your first major loss or death And Flip that when was your first super success at something that just spotlighted you! how did those moments affect who you are as a person in your youth ? Did you like school ? Did you go to higher education did you get education do you wanted or did you did you get the chance and you could afford ?t I love learning about people I like listening to their stories and intern I reveal more about myself through the same sort of stories I just don’t ever feel the need to talk about myself a lot I think the world is so Dynamic and I know a lot about me and I’m good I want to hear more about what other people are doing and what they’re aim is.
RentMen:
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like others to absolutely know about you?
IanShaw:
I’m a small city farm boy the last grandchild born of 10 grandchildren to the 5 siblings that were the. Crown Jewels of my maternal grand parents.
My sister and myself were the youngest by16years
RentMen:
Tell us about the best experience you have had in life.
IanShaw:
I’m not sure that there is one experience that stands out as “the best” in my life. I’ve had so many experiences that are noteworthy some humbling some embarrassing some ego boosting. And some heart breaking.when I think on my life I’m actually proud that I haven’t had my best experience yet. That means it’s still out there so let’s go find it.
RentMen:
How do you go the 'Extra Mile' in your life?
IanShaw:
I like details! I am very observant and am a great active listener. So when it comes to gift giving of any sort I’m amazing. I apply that to every day scenarios and when a colleague is feeling down I grab them their favorite chips or beverage to put a smile on their face. Or put a playlist together if I know who I’m working with (and if we are allowed music)
