A: I would tell you that I think nothing is more important than living in the present moment.

A: I always follow up with people I've committed to, made promises to, or scheduled something with. I also make it a point to try to do something to make everyone's day a little more pleasant.

A: I go to the gym Monday through Friday. I lift weights (not too heavy) three times a week and the other two days I work on core and cardio. My diet is pretty simple.
A: I love to travel but there are many places I want to go. I love Italy and Spain. I absolutely have to get to a beach at least a couple of times a year. I discovered Chicago last summer and loved it. I want to go to Toronto next. After a week or so out of town, I'm eager to get back home to my nest.

Because the work is intense, I surround myself with loving, sane, lovely people, art, music, and literature, and plenty of time alone to recharge.
