A: The first thing that's coming to my mind is the crooked eyebrow that often comes up when I get my photo taken. it's been a thing for years and still haven't managed to keep it from popping up every now and again.
A: this one is easy. when I was a teenager I was gifted a 3 week sailing and scuba diving trip throughout the caribbean/virgin islands. It was on a boat with 7 other kids my age and over 3 weeks we literally only spent about 12 hours on land. Hands down the greatest life experience I've had to date.
A: ugh this one is tough because I'm honestly not thrilled with some of my honest answers, but since you're asking they'd probably have to be: caffeine, sugar, the gym, music and good company (not in any particular order)
A: I'd say by keeping up with a few people that I trust the most. kind of like our personal board of directors. We connect virtually once a month and support each other, give each other advice, hold each other accountable and keep us focused on each other's goals... it's really quite amazing and it keeps me at my best self.
A: Ok so a lot of people think this one is weird too but one of my favorite hobbies is definitely making Origami. Like almost borderline obsessive, lol. I'm also really enjoying reading more often, particularly historical non/fiction and personal development literature- I guess you could call me a book nerd too, I'll accept that, haha.
A: Definitely love karaoke bars and trivia nights with friends, currently. Aside from that its keeping up with the latest restaurants, finding time for theme parks or challenging myself with various fitness goals like tough mudders and distance running or cycling.
A: I don't know that I could ever travel enough, and lately I unfortunately haven't been traveling that much but hope to be changing that again soon.
A: I'm super fortunate to have an awesome virtual trainer that helps me reach greater progress in the gym and find myself lifting 5 days a week and more cardio than I'd care for, lol.
As for my diet, when I'm taking care of my own nutrition I keep high on the fiber/veggies and protein and honestly it doesn't change much and I don't mind. My weekly meal prepping is a great meditative and therapeutic time for me.
A: I would describe it as a balance of being in the fast lane with the occasional pauses to appreciate everything I have to be grateful for. I absolutely love to travel and have been to 4 continents as of now. Aside from that I'm a sucker for a karaoke bar, I love to eat at fantastic restaurants and spend time with friends and loved ones. I also like to keep up with volunteering at least a couple times a month.
A: I'm a math and data nerd at heart. I learned early on I have a rare ability to remember numbers and characters really easily. For instance I remember all 7 of the license plates numbers from my own cars and those of my family growing up. Same with account/cc numbers.
Aside from that, if we're ever hanging out listening to music, you can fully expect me to start humming along to any song like I know it, even if it's my first time hearing it. somebody seriously needs to stop me.
A: I usually get bored easily, I'm a bit of an adrenaline nerd so theme parks, skydiving, bungee jumping are all things I enjoy.
Also, when it comes to the gym even though I do enjoy lifting weights, I definitely enjoyed gymnastics and aerial acrobatics the most.
A: physically I'm grateful I was blessed with being able to add muscle, especially appreciate my biceps. From a personality standpoint I value my compassion and service orientation above others.
