A: Fo fun i likе dancing
I started dancing since i was 5, it's the best way for me to get in shape, to feel free, and most importantly to save myself when i feel sad
A: the secret is to not retain youself (to avoid being depressiv) , then i eat only healthy food, in good quantity, try to get evryday all the nutriments i need, the good proteins and don't forget that lipids are also essential
Then i exercise at the gym 4 days a week, I dance at home, swim, run a lot.
A: I like enjoying the moement. At school, gym, in the club, with friends, family, i think life is too short to be seen miserable.
A: I like the fact that i'm very sociable. I can relate myself to anything and i would better feel people. That's why each time i meet someone , no matter how he feels, we both have fun.
A: i can't live without having a good compagny, a hot good sex( it helps keeping healthy), exercising, eating, travelling
