What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?

paulhugefeet:

Heavy squats! Gotta keep up these thick thighs. I also try to limit my carbs and eat lots of protein.

What are your lifestyle specifics that makes who you are?

paulhugefeet:

I try to live from a “happiness first” mindset. While I believe sometimes you must do things you don’t want to do, I try to make decisions based on if the end goal will bring me happiness or make me content. I don’t always follow the path that gets me the most money, or the most fame. While I love those things, I desire happiness more.
