Im definitely in the luckiest 1% of the planets population just by virtue of being able to type this, let alone everything else. 99% of the planet would *love* to have my challenges. Still, most people arent having fun most of the time - even those like me who are in the same 1% - economically, culturally, socially, etc.
More concretely: Hang with friends. Be alone. Help others. Be physical. Be in my body instead of my head. Love.
Im a sensualist - smells, tastes, sensations, hearing, seeing, etc. are all very often dripping in ecstasy for me. Thats a LOT of fun lol.
As it turns out fun is also a great signpost for spiritual practice - if Im not experiencing more and more things as fun over time, its a sign that my practice has stagnated.
