NikoSantano: Honeslty, I don't anymore. I used be obssesed and weig every morcel of rice. Now, I eat fewer times a day but I let myself eat what I want. The only thing I make sure to do is WALK everywere at at a higher than average speed. It gave me back my abs! Mind you, if you ever see me walking around downtown Toronto, I defintiely don't look cute walking like that - haha!
