RentMen: How do you go the 'Extra Mile' in your life?
Ryan_Centofanti: To be honest, I don't really think of it as going the extra mile. I've always believed in showing up, leading with intent, doing what I say I'm going to do, and genuinely caring about the people around me.
From working before and after school, early mornings on farms, 4 a.m. starts in the logging industry, volunteering with Special Olympics as a kid, or plowing snow for elderly neighbors after work, I've always been someone who believes in putting in the effort. Not because anyone asked me to, but because it's simply how I was raised and who I am.
I take pride in being dependable, attentive, and present. I show up on time, follow through on my commitments, and pay attention to the details that matter. In my experience, a lot of people remember the little things long after they've forgotten everything else.
At the end of the day, I don't strive to be extraordinary. I just try to care, be consistent, and leave things a little better than I found them.
