Today I went shopping got some mince beef from the shop made a casserole I had tinned salmon with coleslaw for breakfast doing my exercises at home whilst building a theme park on the computer. I decided not to go to my local gym and just stay at home. I wanted to go to the spa gym today for a hard workout after a few days break so I got the train over to Leeds. I did really well 1 hour workout and had a good 1 hour Jacuzzi session then I went to McDonald's had some burgers with protein shakes then back on the gym floor for my last hour. I really enjoyed today will have some supper soon to help me recover. I'm getting back into going to the gym again so tomorrow I will probably hit both of them with my mince beef casserole and really push myself hardcore for a few days.

Today Again I didn't go to the gym I decided to just work at home exercising and play theme park world. I thought seen as I don't have much to talk about I might as well do an update on how I'm getting on with using the TLC tugger device to restore my foreskin. I have taken a few days off the gym for resting but doing things at home keeping up to it.
