I woke up early today with shoulder pain so I had some mince beef with beans then my gym buddy text me about meeting in the gym. I set off to meet her at about 9AM she was running late so I had a 15 minute sunbed whilst I was waiting for her to arrive. We met at the bar while she had a coffee then we got on the treadmills. Today I ran mainly on speed 10 incline 5 in total I ran 6.90KM in just over half an hour my gym buddy ran 6KM. We spent 30 minutes on the gym floor doing other things then I left the gym to return home. Whilst at home I had 2 bowls of corned beef with beans then I set off for my last day at the gym in Leeds. I had an extra long Jacuzzi 2 hours today then I went to the pub to order a large mixed grill. I ate that then went back for my last hour today has been great at the gym.

Today I woke up early watching games and videos so I went down to cook some burgers then I walked to the local gym arrived at about 10am. After the Jacuzzi I went to the pub for a steak with it being steak Tuesday I then went back in the gym staying until 9.00 then getting the train home. Today I went to my local gym for my morning burst of exercise then called in the shop to see if there were any bargains going. Had my dinner then set off over to the spa gym for the afternoon after my Jacuzzi I went to the pub for a mixed grill then went back to the gym for 2 hours. On the way back I wanted to eat something sweet so I called into a pub in Bradford to order some chocolate fudge cake. Because I had no internet connection I was limited with what I could do on my computer so I watched some old films for the day whilst exercising at home. The films were great I got some really good messages out of them. I also played games that day too just to pass the time. The next day I went to the gym in the morning had another sun bed went home ate loads of burgers then set off to the spa gym. I stayed there for the rest of the day working really hard I felt more muscle tearing in my core today which is really good. My arm joints are really loose now too so soon I'll be normal with all this manual training I'm giving myself. On Saturday I had an out call in York I stayed 2 hours but we didn’t make a video because I didn’t feel up to it. On the way back I had a mixed grill in the pub then went straight to the gym in Leeds. I stayed there until evening then came home. I went shopping and got loads of bargain meat reduced salmon, chicken and mince beef. Did some cooking to prepare my meals then went to bed.

I went to use my computer the morning after my last blog and found that my internet connection was not working. I contacted the provider and ran some home checks with the advisor but couldn’t fix the problem. They arranged for a technician to visit to find out the reasons check wiring change router etc. The on-site technician was also unable to find any problems so he contacted the local telephone exchange to do checks there. Today it is working fine again so I will have to make a few updates on what I have been doing over the past 5 days. The first day I woke up really early in the morning so arrived at the gym at about 6:30 I stayed all morning also having a sun bed then I contacted my gym buddy to come up for a training session. She arrived shortly after so we had a run together I did 5.65 KM and she did 5. We had a good catch up since our last session whilst we were doing our gym floor work. I then came home kept trying to fix the internet problem changing settings and doing things myself. I had some dinner then set off over to my spa gym for the rest of the day for recovery.
