Today I got a text from my gym buddy to go up for a training session. I had some corned beef and beans then set off up to the gym. We got straight on the treadmill running 3 km because it has been a while for her. We also had a bit of bother at the gym there is a guy who likes to stare at my gym buddy making her feel uncomfortable so there was a bit of a disturbance in the gym as she set about him. After that I trained for an hour then walked home to cook my dinner. I had 5 burgers then got my bag to set off to the other gym for the afternoon. Some new themes have arrived ready for my next out call visits. Today my gym buddy arranged to meet me for a morning session but she is very busy so had to cancel. At the moment her friend is poorly she has an operation so my gym buddy is helping her at home unable to train. I continue on as normal just missing out the running part because that is mainly done for her. I'm OK in the pt area using what is in there doing very little machine work concentrating on my upper core. I stayed 3 hours having a sun bed session then called in the shop got what was on offer burgers and salmon cooked ate then set off for the afternoon to the other gym. I worked really hard today first session then Jacuzzi break keeping the arms moving in the water I got some protein shakes from the shop for whilst on the gym floor. Today has been very good I have reached new places with my moves i'm still on target.

Last night before bed I looked through Ebay to see about ordering some more hotel bath themes. I ordered 3 items for running some new up coming themes so I can make some more entertaining videos. I stayed local today for breakfast I had chicken curry with salmon then I went for a run in the park. I stayed a good few hours doing 20 minutes running then some of my moves. From there I walked up to my local gym staying 3 hours where I really could work myself privately in the pt area. The pt area had been cleared out today so there was loads of space I made the most of it nipping to the shop for some shakes to keep my protein levels up. Then I walked home had a look for any special offers there wasn't anything today. All in all quiet day but got a lot of training in. Today I had a really quiet day I took the full weekend off the gym I was training again in the park this afternoon. I bought some beef burgers for breakfast because the weather is good at the moment so I might as well get a natural sun tan. This morning I went to the park jogging it's been a nice Sunday today so I decided not to go to the gym and just stay at home. I stayed in the park for a few hours then I walked home a different way. I walked near where I first took some photographs in the beginning so I took some more thinking that I could make a video putting the new ones with the older pics. It's a good place for taking good photos when I got home I edited them spending ages smoothing them off ready to make the multi images then the video. Today I woke up straight to the gym for a good morning session I purchased some more sunbed time then went into the PT area to workout for the morning. Today my morning run with my gym buddy was postponed due to her having to take her friend to the hospital for an appointment.
