This morning I woke up got ready and set off to my local gym I used the main area then I went upstairs to the private studio. I got some sunbed tokens but I didn't use them so I'll save them for tomorrow. On the way home I called into the shop there were 3 packs of burgers reduced to 99p a pack so I picked them all up. I cooked 6 burgers sat in the garden eating 4 of them then I set off to the spa gym. Business is quiet but I have enough regulars to keep me going until I finish with the gym. Then I need to put myself back in magazines to really push myself up on the market. I have estimated that when I have finished with the gym I will be saving at least £500 a month with gym fees, travel costs and protein. This saving would be better spent on marketing so I'm looking forward to coming to the end of my training program. I trained hard as usual taking a nice long Jacuzzi to finally rid myself of the skin damage around the shoulders. The shop was closed today so I couldn't get any protein shakes so instead I had a coffee at the gym all in all very good day the gym was quiet got everything done in peace and harmony.

Woke up early today all achy my dad left me some chicken to eat but I think it had gone off because it had been there a few days so I finished the beef bean casserole instead. I stayed at home doing my exercises at home I decided not to go to my local gym. I set off to Leeds went straight upstairs to do my moves in the gym then I had my Jacuzzi break. After that I went to the pub for my tea I ordered a double beef burger meal with chips. This burger in the pub is only 30 pence more than a MacDonalds meal of the day. Value! I'm doing well with the training i'm super loose and stress-less now in the body I am nearing the end of my full on arms up training. I'm so lucky I could set aside 2 years to train my body relentlessly to remove all the body stress and tension which was put there throughout the course of my education in Bradford. I have wrote a blog about it which you can read which discusses in detail what happened to me when i was young that caused my problems. Now I am nearly finished curing them all and renewing my body.

Woke up early this morning went shopping for my breakfast protein as normal when I walked in the shop the meat was reduced especially for me. 3 packets of minced beef were priced at £3 each so I made a big mince beef and bean casserole to eat. I had one bowl then got ready to set off to the gym. My dad stopped me on the way out to get me to order some items for him off the internet. I sat an hour with him to do that then set off. When I got to the gym I stayed on the gym floor for an hour then I went upstairs to use the private studio. It's been raining heavily today so on the way back I got really wet. I had some more food then set off to Leeds trained another hour or more then had a Jacuzzi. I had no wandering hands on me today there was no gays in the gym. After the Jacuzzi break I went straight to the pub had fish and chips for a change then went back to the gym drank my last protein shake then worked really hard for the last hour. It's been a great training day today.

Today I got a free Barburrito meal so I was Mexican for lunch then I got a free cookie at Subway so I printed out the vouchers to take with me to Leeds in the afternoon. I went to my local gym for my morning burst of exercise I stayed 2 hours then I came home wow what a surprise i just walked through the door and my sister had baked me a birthday cake. For my dinner I had chicken curry with tinned salmon then I had a rest break for an hour before setting off to Leeds. I LEAVE LA MONDAY MORNING

This morning I woke up early to make my breakfast of burgers then I set off for work at my local gym for morning burst of exercise with a sunbed. I stayed about 2 hours doing my moves. On the way home I stopped off at the park continuing my exercises also I sent out a standard text prompt to about 200 customers which kept me busy replying to them whilst I was sunbathing. The weather got cloudy so I came home finished the burgers with some beans ready to set off to the spa gym. I trained for about another 2 hours I noticed that my flirt friend was in the gym we made eye contact a few times. I noticed him watching me later I went down to take my Jacuzzi also to see if he was there. I had it set in my mind that if he touches me i'm going to push his hand away and say NO! But no not today but I did get a very suggestive look on his way out which made me smile anyway chicken Wednesday so I went to the pub. This morning I slotted my 2 new bedroom sequences into my main 1000 keeping them all in synchronization ready to upload. You know my style 1 sequence of 4 to display on my profile to represent a video. For breakfast I had eggs with beans I decided not to go to my local gym this morning instead I stayed at home exercising waiting to go to the spa gym for the afternoon. I set off on the train went to the shop fo some shakes worked really hard when I got there I did 2 hours upstairs then I had a Jacuzzi break when my shoulders started aching. After that I went to the pub for steak Tuesday they brought me a big one then I went back to the gym staying until about half past 8. I used the studio room this evening because the gym floor was busy in the studio there were 2 other people doing yoga moves and a ballerina practicing jumping around and doing other stuff so I was fine in there just watching them while I was using the therapy ball. It got to half 8 so I decided to get the train home. Now I'm ready for bed it's been a long day and I'm really tired.

I just came back from a three day

Today I made an appointment at the doctors I went straight there then walked to my local gym. It started raining heavily so I called into a cafe to order a full English breakfast to eat while the rain stopped. I went to the gym for 2 hours hardcore training. I saw my gym buddy's car but she never told me she was coming so I text her where was my invite? She has been away and has a lot on her mind she needs her own space. I said fine thanks for letting me know stay on top let me know when your ready to start again. She is busy with her family it's the holidays I completely understand I'm here when ready. Then I went home cooked some burgers & salmon made sure my profiles were on top then set off to the spa gym for the day. The gym was good today I worked really hard then I had a late long Jacuzzi I even watched the swimming pool female exercise class I'm usually out before that happens. It made a change anyway I worked over today staying until about half past 8.

Today I had to miss the gym because I needed to catch up with my photo editing from the bedroom so that I could produce my new video. The photo editing has taken me all day it's a very long process I had 100 pictures to work through which took me about 8 hours to complete. I decided to make another combination video called Even More Of Dale's Themed Bedroom Visits. I started the video with my new photos of me in the red suit with the ladders then balanced it out with the angel theme ending it with my new superman theme. The new video is available on my channel. Last night I made some new playlists before bed. Today I knew I had a booking with a regular customer of mine in the afternoon so I had breakfast then went to my local gym for 2 hours training. I had a 15 minute sun bed session to make sure my skin is top for the photos. After the gym I came home double checked that I had packed everything then set off for the train. He met me at the station as usual and we went back to his I took 2 themes with me so we took loads of pictures against the wardrobe. He dropped me off at the pub in his town and I had a large mixed grill for a change. Then I took the train back to Leeds to stop off at the spa gym for a few hours. I trained then went down stairs but both Jacuzzi's weren't working so I used the steam room instead. I continued training until about 6 then I decided to go home to start editing my new pictures. I have 2 themes to do but only managed to do one today I will catch up on the other tomorrow afternoon. The new video is available on my channel.
