I travelled a lot for many years and very fast with no time to do what I want as a Model. Now I travel to visit family and friends. so now I start to want to stay close to my family and friends. Q: What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?

A: Besides working out, I like to ride my bike out to the countryside. I love to be with family and friends. Have dinner and lots of laughs. I especially enjoy exploring. I love the sun, Sand and Sea.
