A: Diet is a stupidity, diet is made it for people who has real problem and has prescription for medical nutritionist, like Coach i can give an advice work hard and eat properly. If you burn more calories then you eat you never become fat and you will be in a good shape all the time. It is important to know when to eat carbohydrats and fat . Protein is necesary all the time in the body to have 1.5-2 gr protein on kg body is necesary when you make sport. I eat carbohydrats in the morning , lunch , and 60 gr honey (faster carbohidrati ) after training
