RentMen:
What are 5 things you can’t live without?
TonnyHORSE:
Ok, let s go for it, let me tell you everything!
→ Food, especially French cuisine: I love savouring rich flavors, from delicate pastries to a perfectly cooked steak.
→ Men and women: I am drawn to connection and chemistry, appreciating the beauty and uniqueness in both.
→ Exercising: Staying active keeps me energized
→ Nature: Whether it’s the warmth of the sun or the serenity of the sea, being in nature grounds me.
→ Good wine: Few things beat the pleasure of savoring a fine glass of wine, especially in good company.
RentMen:
What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?
TonnyHORSE:
I stick to two basics:
→ Workouts: I train 2-3 times a week, sometimes more. With every session, I focus on the satisfying rush I feel after a tough set—it’s like a jolt of life.
→ Balanced eating: I keep a balanced, everyday diet, loading up on veggies with every meal. But I’m not too strict—I happily indulge in my favorites, like crispy fries smothered in cheese (my weakness!) or a crunchy donut. My approach? If you know you can have it when you want it, you can skip it when you dont need it!
RentMen:
What would you like your readers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?
TonnyHORSE:
I am someone who genuinely cares for the people around me; warm, welcoming, and attentive.
I enjoy deep, meaningful conversations, but I don’t take myself too seriously. That keeps me grounded and leaves plenty of room for playful, silly chats and lighthearted fun.
RentMen:
What do you enjoy most about yourself?
TonnyHORSE:
Adventures & Bravery:
I love diving into new experiences. By the age of 21, I had already traveled solo across four continents—Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Stepping out of my comfort zone was challenging, but the rewards were priceless. I encountered remarkable people, discovered rich cultures, and picked up valuable lessons—including bits of new languages along the way.
Curiousity : I have an insatiable thirst for knowledge and new experiences. I’m always eager to learn—whether it’s diving into a new subject, exploring different cultures, or picking up new skills. For me, every encounter is a chance to grow and see the world from a fresh perspective.
