A: the interwebs, friends, food, water and hope
Q: How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
A: I make an effort to travel at least once a month. I prefer to travel, particularly to places I've never been before. International travel is something that excites me.
Q: What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?
A: I've been trying intermittent fasting for the past few months and have really enjoyed the results I've been getting. Between daily conditioning and eating clean, I keep my body pristine.
