What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?

Ricoss:

My diet is eat everything and then head to the gym to turn into hard meat. It’s not the best thing to do but I love to eat and this is what works for me. Of course having vitamins & supplements are a requirement but your food intake should be portioned out and healthy but I eat everything and burn it off / tone.
