Q: What are your lifestyle specifics that makes who you are?

A: I choose to eat healthy as my food choices are based on nutrition more than taste. Once I started eating clean, fast food and other once enjoyable items were no longer desirable.
Also, a regular exercise regimen helps with my mental state as much as the physical. And I attempt to get a consistent 7-8 hours a night sleep.

Q: How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?

A: I travel about 60% of the time. I enjoy being in different cities and experiencing and understanding various cultures. Travel allows you to see that no matter one's origin or geographical location we are united by a universal set of needs.

Q: How do you go the 'Extra Mile' in your life?

A: By treating everyone the way you would want to be treated. Try to do the little things that put a smile on a person's face or helps make their day.

Q: What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?

A: I'm a news/politics junkie who watches cable news around the clock. Big baseball fan... Cubs since the 70's.
Enjoy dining out, travel, and conversation on a wide range of subjects.

Q: What should others absolutely know about you?

A: That I'm a personable, genuine guy who is very approachable and enjoys meeting guys of all ages and from all walks of life. Also, our experience together is often just as rewarding for me as it is for you.
