A: I hit the gym to lift weights and go off in road-trip adventures with my friends.
A: I travel often for many of my model shoots. I always prefer to travel because i am able to see and learn about new places and their culture.
A: I base my diet on my weightlifting training. So, if i am bulking i am eating 7-9 proportioned meals a day, then i will be heavy weight force and growth training. And if i am cutting i am eating 5-6 proportioned meals with less carbs, then i will be lifting with more reps and cardio.
