Q: What do you do for fun?

A: I love to spend time having fun with my chosen family. I'm also a big fan of quiet time at home with my cat and a good book, movie or video game. I'm also a big fan of a relaxing bath.

When the weather is nice, you can almost always find me out and about at the beach or in a park. I speak English and French, and I am learning Spanish and Japanese.

Q: What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?

A: I love to eat well, keep active and stay fit! I limit alcohol and processed foods, cook as often as I can, and I hit the gym 4-5 times a week for light cardio and heavy lifting.

For fun, I love boxing, biking, and hitting the beach. This summer I plan to take up running so that you can see me out and about in nothing but tiny shorts ;)
