A: Abs are made in the kitchen. Low carb, low sugar, low sodium. Balanced with lots of lean protein and green veggies. Biggest thing, just don't eat processed food. Recipes from scratch. Stay away from fast food. I have an at home workout routine I do prob 3 times a week consistently.
