A: Personality, generosity, kindness and my third leg ;)
Q: What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?
A: I play soccer and Gaelic football which gives me my boosts.
Most sports are grand in my book and I love getting involved.
I'd swim most days at the pool, most of my sport and fitness is done outside of the gym, prefer live sports and regimes.
Q: What should others absolutely know about you?
A: I'm authentic, honest and all round great craic.
Q: What do you enjoy most about yourself?
A: That I can connect naturally and easily with all types of people, doing so with respect and kindness.
