Tell us about the best experience you have had in life.

The best experience I've had in life is a difficult question to answer because I have been blessed with so many beautiful moments. I'd say watching my best life experience has been watching a dramatic golden sunset with family and friends earlier this year in Clearwater. Seeing such natural beauty reminded me that I live a charmed life and I'm so grateful for me existence.

If we sat on the beach and drank wine and ate great food just you and I, what would you tell me about yourself and your life?
GirthFrank:
I would tell you about my childhood, my relationships, my most exciting experiences and my outlook on life. Always choose happiness ❤️

GirthFrank:
I love spreading kindness and joy everywhere I go. Through smiles, kind words, small and large acts of kindness I know that the positive energy I put out into the world will be my legacy and how we live forever.

How do you go the 'Extra Mile' in your life?
GirthFrank:
I tend to be forgiving and generous to a fault. I’m consistently told I’m too nice to people. I’d rather keep my heart open and get hurt than be closed off and cold. It’s better to love and have lost than to have never loved at all
