A: I go the extra mile by seeing mistakes as opportunities. In life, I have made several errors. Each time, it gave me the chance to learn more about myself. I'm also someone who is extremely resilient. I constantly strive to improve, and pick myself up anytime I fall.
A: The compassion and care I have for other people and the struggles we all go through. Connection is important. I fully recognize the rights and freedoms I am granted, because people before me stood up. Today, I try and do the same for others. We are all human, and all of us are deserving of love and respect, even if we look, sound, or act differently from one another.
A: I love to hang out with friends, cook, plan fun adventures and activities, and discover new experiences. At the same time, I also love my alone time. Sometimes, there is nothing better than just curling up on the couch with a good book.
A: When I travel, I try and aim for places that are less common. I also love to cook, but more when I’m in the company of others. I often invite friends over for supper, where I try a new recipe, and they bring the wine!
A: I’ve been working really hard to trim down the extra Covid weight I gained, while continuing to build muscle. I workout 4-5 times a week, and try to include protein in every meal. But if I see a brownie…I’ll always go for it too!
A: I’m pretty level headed, and consider myself to be someone who is self aware. This allows me to be a very authentic person in my day to day life. I'm pretty intuitive and have a positive outlook on life.
A: Skydiving. I was terrified and excited at the same time. Jumping out of the plane was surreal. When I finally touched the ground again, I wasn’t able to speak. I was laughing uncontrollably. Best high I’ve ever felt!
A: This can get dangerous lol. I’m passionate about so many things in my life. I love Psychology and human behaviour, so we can easily get into conversations about what drives us, and how we got to where we are!
A: I’m pretty adventurous! Im always down to try something at least once, and that applies to so many aspects of my life. When I would see vegetables at the store I didn’t recognize, I’d often grab it and figure out how to cook it, so that I can try something new!
A: I know myself really well. Over the years, I learned who I am, who I’m not, and what’s important to me. This helps guide the decisions and choices I make in life.
