A: There isn't much spare time to be had in my world, mainly because I love my work so much. When I do have spare time, I use it to keep myself sustained for my work time. Cooking good food, doing yoga, taking time in nature, dancing and making art are all ways that I feed myself to bring you the best of me!
A: I think you're great! That's the truth. One comment I get a lot is that it feels like I genuinely love everyone I meet, and I do! No matter how we spend our time together I can guarantee that you will feel well cared for.
A: My authenticity and my big heart are the things that set me apart from other folks.
A: I am often on the road for about a week out of every month in different cities around the country. Often I am teaching or leading a workshop besides seeing clients. If you would like me in your city, let me know.
I like both traveling and being at home. There are different aspects to each that are rewarding.
A: I am a vegan, so a lot of my food I make myself to make sure I get the right balance of nutrients.
I also stay active! Beyond my work, which is always like a dance with your body, I also have a regular yoga practice. I hike regularly and bike often too.
A: My tantra practice goes deeper than my work. It is my way of life. It calls me to be diligent in taking care of myself, dealing with other people, and standing up for my beliefs.
A: I am always authentic with everyone. It's like bearing my heart to the whole world, and though that sounds dangerous - I think it's worth the risk.
A: My demeanor may be nurturing and sweet on the outside, but there are depths of mischief and dominance below that are surprising to most people.
I also LOVE what I do, and I think that makes all the difference in providing my clients with quality time.
A: The thing I enjoy most about myself is my enthusiasm for living. I have been called fearless, adventurous, curious and tenacious. All of that for me is a compass to living!
