What do you do for fun?

DanielBlake:

The most fun I have is spent with my dogs at the moment. Taking them to the park even around the block dogs really are a mans best friend.

If we sat on the beach and drank wine and ate great food just you and I, what would you tell me about yourself and your life?

DanielBlake:

I would probably tell you about the fun I've had in life, what I do at my day job and things I aspire for. But then again this could all change depending on how much wine we are talking.

What should others absolutely know about you?

DanielBlake:

I'm very talkative don't get me started or you may not get a word in yourself.

What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?

DanielBlake:

I try to not make limits I make cutbacks at certain meals so when I want to splurge I can without regret. My fitness regime I try to make it interesting or I'll lose my attention. I exercise 5 times a week switching up the gym working out at home and through in a few videos here and there for variety
