A: I eat 5-6 small meals every day and do my best to keep my carb intake around the times right before and after I work out.
I enjoy lifting more than any other type of exercise (never skip leg day!) but I also have a blast doing plyometrics! If you ever want to join me for a workout, hit me up 😉
