Q: What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?

A: Low carbs (but not totally deprived), more water and coffee than alcohol, no sodas. Run and/or play soccer twice a week; lift 1-2 times a week

Q: How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?

A: I LOVE to travel both to new locations and to those I'm more familiar with. I enjoy keeping a map of the world with pins showing the places I've been around the world.. besides music, passion is the other global language!!

Q: What is your specialty?

A: I'm an older guy with a young heart, mind and body. My life decisions and my genetics have formed a nice-looking, good build with a great package. Older guys or anyone still feeling there way around other guys will feel relaxed with me in the living room, and wild in the bedroom

Q: What distinguishes you from all the other people you know?

A: I'm real/down to earth. Still freshly self-confident and thrilled that my attitude and body pleases many others. I don't take that for granted. You get my full attention when I'm with you - and my entire body.
