A: Music has gone from hobby to mild obsession. I DJ, produce and dig for tracks constantly. I’m also into fitness, design, photography, architecture, film, travel and keeping an eye on what’s happening in adult entertainment.
Basically, anything beautiful, strange, sexy, smart or new tends to get my attention.
Preferably some combination of all five.
A: I’ve reinvented myself more than once, and have no doubt that I’m doing it again. But I don’t change because I’ve lost myself—I change myself because I’ve discovered another part of me.
A: Probably more than you asked.
I’d tell you I’ve taken a few unexpected turns and lived a life I definitely couldn’t have mapped out in advance. Some of the best parts happened because I said yes when common sense may have suggested otherwise. There are stories I’m proud of, stories I can laugh about now and a few that probably require another bottle.
But eventually I’d start asking about you. I genuinely like finding out what makes someone tick. People become much more interesting when you stop waiting for your turn to talk.
A: I’m masculine, versatile and genuinely present.
Naked training & flexibility, glute-focused bodywork are a few unique offerings, but chemistry matters more to me than working through a menu. I like humor, some connection and enough freedom to see where the dynamic goes.
A: Both. I love having a home base in Palm Springs, but eventually I start getting restless. LA is an easy escape, but I’m almost always interested in somewhere I haven’t been. My favorite trips have enough of a plan that I know where I’m sleeping, enough freedom that I have no idea what happens before I get there.
A: I’m more sentimental than people expect. There’s a softer side underneath the masculine exterior, and music is where it sneaks out. I’ll spend hours trying to build a sound around a feeling I couldn’t explain if you asked me to. I make music to say what I can’t always say.
A: Apparently I have a serious face. Possibly even a “do not approach” face. It’s false advertising. Give me 10 minutes. I’m warmer than I look.
A: My curiosity has led to some of the best experiences of my life and, admittedly, a few situations that seemed like better ideas at the time. I’m fascinated by people, music, big decks, design, places and ideas. Curiosity makes life interesting.
A: Honestly, I don’t think there’s one. Some of the things I was certain about at 25 would make me laugh now. I’ve taken chances, screwed things up, started over and surprised myself more than once.
A: Probably the contradictions. I look pretty masculine and maybe a little intimidating, but I’m curious, creative and much warmer than people expect. I like people who surprise me, ideas I haven’t considered and experiences I haven’t had yet. I’ve never been particularly interested in fitting neatly into a box.
