A: I think I've already said a lot about that. I'm a writer and I type fast. See the other entry above, about what I would say if I were sitting with someone 1-on-1, on the beach, having a glass of wine...Yeah, I've said a lot in this interview, and loved every minute of it.
A: I would tell you that almost everything I learned about life, I learned from my grandmother. She taught me how to cook well and how to eat fine! She taught me that there was always--ALWAYS--plenty of food, so we should invite company when we cook! She taught me to play guitar. She taught me how to be respectful of other people, even when they don't believe the same as I do. Most of all, she taught me that crying is a good thing, and I'm glad she taught me that, because I've been doing a lot of it lately. She left this world this past November, and so I literally shed tears for her every single day. Fortunately, she also taught me to be thankful for those tears, because they are what OPEN MY HEART and permit me to live this AMAZING life of artistry, which I express through my food, my music, and...through these words, which I just wrote to you. Amen, and Praise be to Grandmothers. Yes.
A: I love LOSING TRACK OF TIME and completely "taking flight" with my clients. I usually set a timer before the client arrives to that I can know when the session's drawing to a close, but so that don't have to watch the clock.
Yeah...losing track of time...and that means...I get to GO HOME. When I engage another man in euphoric erotic pleasure, I feel like I'm going back home, back home to that sweet and luscious garden, where life is about being fed and nourished on all levels. I love the fact that when I do sessions, I get to experience profound new insights--every time. My sessions fuel my writing. (They're fueling what I'm writing right now!) And best of all...my CLIENTS get to enjoy that lush and beautiful garden with me, let go of their daily routines, and "take flight" with me. All in all, it's really a "win-win" situation. Mmmmmhmmmm!
A: Good food, the love of my friends and family, communion with the great outdoors, PLENTY OF GREAT SEX, and--most of all--PEACE in my HEART.
A: I eat just about everything I can get my hands on to fuel the level of activity that I maintain! When I choose what to eat, I'm not looking at how much or how little fat, protein, or carbohydrates it has in it. The main thing I look for in my diet is foods that provide ENERGY and plenty of vitamins and minerals, so that means I eat a lot of green vegetables...as well as meat, and fat.
As for EXERCISE, a lot of people are surprised when I tell them I don't have a "routine". I attribute my physique to riding a bicycle everywhere I go, and to enjoying LOTS of great sex, with extended periods of circular pelvic motion.
A: I treat sexually ecstatic pleasure as a tool for new awareness. The more excited and exhilarated we get, the more FUEL we have to gain new insights. Seriously...sex is my primary spiritual practice. When I have questions about what I want to do with my life, or what's important, I take those questions into my sexual escapades. SEX is a place for complete LET-GO. When we go into it with a question, and we completely LET GO and forget about THINKING about it, we emerge with new answers.
