What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?
Benjixo:
I keep things simple and sustainable. I don’t follow a strict gym routine — instead I stay active and fit through long walks, adventures outdoors, and spending as much time as possible at the beach in summer. I eat a balanced diet with plenty of protein, fresh food, and the occasional indulgence because life’s too short to be miserable.
I focus more on feeling good, having energy, and keeping a lean, athletic build naturally rather than chasing numbers in the gym. Staying active and enjoying the outdoors keeps me in good shape and even better spirits.

What are your lifestyle specifics that makes who you are?
Benjixo:
I live an active and balanced lifestyle. I train hard, enjoy good food, the beach, and time with mates. But when the lights go down, my wild side completely takes over. I’m deeply sexual, highly adventurous, and thrive on pushing limits.
What makes me who I am is my honesty and extremely high sex drive. I don’t pretend to be someone I’m not.
