A: I go with the flow. I try and wake up with no plans and kind of let the day alongside my mood lead the path of that day.

A: Always laughing and smiling, always bringing light in even the darkest of days. I will always be there for my loved ones.

A: Eat anything with modesty. Move your body somehow, break a sweat, always aim to life heavy. Even if it’s groceries.
