RentMen:
How do you go the 'Extra Mile' in your life?
AndrewSims:
By viewing myself as the only competition. Accountability, transparency, honesty, integrity, discipline: by prioritizing these values in a day-to-day, process-oriented fashion, I am committing to self-improvement. Such a commitment inevitably associates you with others in the midst of success.
RentMen:
Tell us about the best experience you have had in life.
AndrewSims:
My favorite and most memorable experiences tend to be personal, spiritual and subjective. As I age, increasingly my favorite experiences are culminations, the experience itself subtle: getting accepted into CSU-SB and graduating with my undergrad in Psychology; getting accepted into graduate school; launching my careers in yoga, personal training and astrology; and the simple but satisfying feeling of accomplishment after a personal yoga practice.
RentMen:
If we sat on the beach and drank wine and ate great food just you and I, what would you tell me about yourself and your life?
AndrewSims:
Well, that depends what you would ask me! I'm not one to launch into narcissistic diatribes!
I've lived a varied life: ESPN journalist, Texas Hold 'Em poker professional, now sex worker and entrepreneur. I'd say I've walked a road of personal authenticity, gaining a hard-earned spirituality.
RentMen:
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like others to absolutely know about you?
AndrewSims:
I live a simple, minimalist, disciplined life.
I read often, both fiction and non-fiction.
I enjoy staying up-to-date on the ways of the world, be it sports, politics, technology or medicine.
And, while curious, I am not nosey! I respect privacy, and while I view myself as a personable fellow, I never cross the line into getting into your business or requesting details you may not be comfortable divulging.
