RentMen:
What do you do for fun?
AlexandrosR:
I’m pretty active and creative in my free time. I do vocal training, which is something I really enjoy because it lets me express a different side of myself. I’m into sports too. In winter you’ll usually find me snowboarding, and in summer I switch to kitesurfing and windsurfing. I love anything that connects me with the sea and movement.
On a more personal side, I’m very interested in psychology and psychoanalysis. I read about it and explore it as a hobby because I genuinely enjoy understanding people and how the mind works. It’s something that adds depth to how I connect with others.
RentMen:
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
AlexandrosR:
I travel pretty often, it’s a big part of my lifestyle. I like being on the move and experiencing new places, new energy, new people. It keeps things exciting and I feel more alive when I’m exploring somewhere different.
That said, I’m not someone who needs constant chaos. I enjoy coming back home and recharging too. I’d say I have a good balance, I love traveling and the freedom that comes with it, but I also appreciate quiet time when I get it.
RentMen:
What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?
AlexandrosR:
I try to keep it balanced and realistic. I eat pretty clean most of the time, a lot of protein, simple meals, not too much processed stuff, but I don’t believe in extreme diets. I still enjoy food and I’m not strict to the point where it stops being fun.
For fitness, I train consistently rather than obsessively. Mostly weight training with some cardio to stay lean and keep my energy up. I focus on staying strong, flexible, and feeling good in my body. For me it’s less about perfection and more about maintaining a lifestyle I can actually stick to long term.
RentMen:
What would you like your readers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?
AlexandrosR:
I’m more of a soft person than people expect at first. I look confident and playful on the outside, but I actually value quiet moments and real connection a lot. I pay attention to small details, I remember things people tell me, and I care about how others feel around me. It’s a bit personal, but when I spend time with someone, I’m fully present. I’m not just there physically, I’m there mentally too, and that matters to me.
