RentMen:
What kind of diet and fitness regimen do you follow?
Jaymes:
I try to eat really healthy when I'm able. I Eat alot of raw foods. Fruits and veggies mainly and lean protein. A few years ago, I was training for the Boston Marathon and could run at a little over a five minute mile. I injured myself and had a few setbacks that caused me to put that on hold. But I was running about 40-60 miles per week. I'm trying to work my way back up to that now.
RentMen:
What are your lifestyle specifics that makes who you are?
Jaymes:
I run a lot. I try to go running at least 30 miles per week, but every runner knows that after so many years of doing it, you have to supplement with other things, like cycling, because your knees take a beatin' after a while. Lately, I've been doing a lot of upper body workout. I've also been spending a little more time and energy on Carpentry and horticulture. Right now I'm teaching myself to propogate houseplants.
RentMen:
What do you enjoy most about yourself?
Jaymes:
I enjoy the social interaction. Especially when you show up to meet someone for the first time and you can both tell immediately that there's chemistry. The tension and anticipation builds and you both want to tear each other's clothes off, but you wait.... And then when you get to the bedroom HOLY $#*T!!! FIREWORKS!-- It doesn't happen ALL the time, but when it does, you don't soon forget it.
