The package includes Thai modalities which release all tightness from the lumbar and thoracic (lower and middle back) areas. Additionally, deep Sports massage is incorporated to bring the body into alignment through range of motion (ROM) and stretching techniques. Swedish strokes marry these elements together for the perfect bodywork treatment.

Treatment is applied to the neck, trapezius, and along the spine to soften tight tissue. Once relaxed, a professional grade, massage is applied along the muscles supporting the spine, sending deep vibration into tense muscles.

As you turn over the treatment continues with neck, pec and thigh massage- Stimulating the groin with a tantric twist.

After full release of energy I utilize eucalyptus and lemongrass aromatherapy to awaken the senses further as you arise relaxed, recovered and RE-CONNECTED!
